There are compressors that bring the value of LRA that is the maximum amperage with the rotor locked or at rest on the label, for that you have the test with an ammeter clamp and you start the compressor, if the amperage exceeds the value described in the label Do not start the compressor anymore and take off the pipes.
Thanks for the help fellow filotop I disassembled and started it, what I had not mentioned is that this refrigerator had already been repaired when disassembling the compressor a lot of excess gas came out when I hit the pressure gauges before disassembling it did not mark me pressure then I thought that It had some leakage yet, after I disassembled it, it started directly and also with the starter kit, then I made it empty and I reassembled it, charge the refrigerant according to the weight it brings on the label and it worked but it did not cool until it got hot and threw away the thermal from there it does not start again
exactly, that is the diagnosis, capillary and clogged filter, therefore when the compressor is clogged it drives the coolant to the condenser having no other output the pressure rises the piston is braked, the amperage rises and the engine thermal is tripped, Change those two and voila. .. put 4 pounds of refrigerant indicated on the gauge.
