Hello Ennio, it would be good to get the manual of services for that model, maybe in it, club of diagrams.com find it, and to start you can check the usual, defrosting and environmental sensors, usually range between 5k and the 10k kilo ohm, if it is to invert the environmental sensor inside the freezer it may be 2.5 kilo ohm and 5 kilo ohm the defrost, at a temperature of +25 degrees Celsius and with the multimeter placed on the 20 kilo scale ohm, eye don't use another scale for measurement because it can report reading errors. The one that was not uncovered from behind where is the tube that unloads in the tray. The defrost resistance is 400 ohm which is discarded. The same as the thermistor that measured 13 kohm. After removing the ice, we managed to uncover it. The image is only from the drain pipe when it was already uncovered. How the solution is one, the other I give my positive rating.
