Hello colleagues ...!! My question is ... since the frezzer was with the entire evaporator with ice ... and that's why I changed the bimetallic and cleaning the air ducts ... and not even a cool down below the freezzer I mean the refrigerator ... Greetings .. ..

Good Diego, if the ducts are correct and you defrosted the refrigerator, it is probably the damper that is damaged. and you should also check if the forcer is working.

Hello, as the colleague says, it may be that the damper is damaged or locked ..... but another one that is punctured .... put 2 thermometers, one at the panel entrance and the other at the exit .. .. temperatures after a while walking should equal .... less than 5 degrees difference ..... if there is more there may be a problem in the compressor or lack of refrigerant ....
