Running pressure 3 PSI. 0.4 amp consumption But running without stopping reaches - 22 * c and the thermostat to the maximum. If I turn it to a minimum if it cuts the mtc. I return it to max and it starts at 15 PSI. Low to 3 PSI. But it doesn't cut. What can be?
