Hello Cesar if you do not cut consider the automatic temperature defective or at most it is positioned at maximum and check if it does not have fast frozen function activated since then it would not stop for at least 24Hs and after that the other would be or leakage of refrigerant or internally worn compressor its mechanical part with little pumping force that makes it have a poor cold and does not reach the cutting temperature
