Hi everyone. I comment. I have been fighting with a Gafa HGF360B refrigerator for a month (with freezer, cyclic). In the middle of winter I defrosted the freezer, cleaned the back grill, as recommended by Gafa in the manual. I turned it on and it took a long time to cut even though it was cold, after that it didn't turn on anymore. I took her to a technician "who knows more than me." The point is that the "dizque" technician told me that there was no gas or compressor problem. The problem was the thermostat. He changed it and supposedly did the corresponding tests. I brought the refrigerator and let it sit overnight. The next day I turned it on. I was happy because supposedly the equipment worked well, it turned out that 2 hours, 3, 4 passed and the refrigerator did not stop. I open the door and see in the background everything frosty, lots of ice. The freezer looked like an iceberg, there was also a lot of ice on the side walls and on the roof. In the background the temperature was discreet despite having worked 4 hours without food.
I went to talk to the technician and took her again. I had a week so fucked up that I didn't even realize that the refrigerator was in the technician. One day the technician calls me and tells me that in the workshop he stops and starts at 10. He returns the refrigerator to my house (more expense for the area). Let stand overnight and plug the next day with the thermostat in the middle position. Again 4, 5, 6 hours and the ice cream maker does not cut. It becomes frost and problem after another, on the dollar hit the run, if not, I bought another and stopped renegade with this garbage. I went to complain to the technician again, he answered badly and I am on the verge of filing a complaint for fraud. He did not do the job. Apart from that by bad answering machine he deserves to be beaten but that is flour from another bag.
I have read many other people who have had problems with these fridges. The one I have, completed 7 years of work without problems, so far in which this guy put his hand, I do not know if it is the original thermostat that put, anyway.
I appreciate any response that helps me solve this problem, since as I stated in the previous paragraph, when hitting the dollar, it is almost impossible to replace the refrigerator with a new equipment. On the other hand the technician refuses to fix the shit that he sent himself, either because of inoperance or whatever it was, but he charged and opened prawns. As I said, that will be solved in another way, I need to know if any of you who know about the subject, since I don't know much, can give me a hand.
