Bosch kgn36ai20 refrigerator defrosting problem

Good evening to all the members of the forum and especially to Fermín 007 who has helped me recently, about a month ago I asked about a problem I had in the fridge, which did not cool in the refrigeration area and the freezer was very cold I blocked the circulation to the cooling zone, at the beginning I changed a hot melt that I saw that it was melted although a professional in the forum also recommended changing an NTC resistor that was housed in the evaporator. Well, when I turned on the fridge after changing the hot melt, after an hour I had to look to see if it cooled and what I noticed was very hot in the freezer as if the defrosting resistor was acting continuously, I left it because It was late now. The next morning I looked and the refrigerator was cooling well already, but I have been thinking and what I think is that the hot melt has melted again, well because the NTC resistor is sending signal to the control module and is at the resistance of defrosting or that the control module is bad, has a relay attached and is continuously sending power to the defrosting resistor until the hot melt melts. I do not know what you think, at the moment I do not notice anything strange in the refrigerator but what I do not think is normal is that it takes that temperature when I turn it on the refrigerator, so I think there is some wrong component. I have achieved the exploded view. Good Santi, it is not normal that when you connect the refrigerator you have hot temperature, if the resistance is activated, it is a sign that either the NTC resistor or the relay that activates the resistance is bad, if you say that the thermal fuse was burned again , it is for what you say, that said resistance is activated, I do not know if you have basic electronic knowledge, if you do not have them, take the electronic board to review, about the NTC resistance I do not know how much it should measure, to see if it is not range output

Good evening Fermín, I will try to get the new NTC resistance to be able to take measurements, the hot melt I don't know if it has melted yet but I suppose it will have melted when the freezer has stopped heating, as I have to defrost to take out everything I will wait for have the NTC resistance to do it, thanks Fermín.

Fermín, solved, came to me 2 days ago the hot melt and the NTC resistor and since it was still not completely blocked with ice I tried to change the melted hot melt again as expected and the NTC resistor that checked the resistance also cut me off, it can't fit into place by ice but you can do it that way and it seems to work well, the evaporator only has a thin layer of frost and cools everything well. After the holidays, defrost and I will leave everything as it comes from the factory to make it look good. Well, thank you very much Fermín

the NTC is 5K, that resistance has to give it to you, measuring at about 25ºC ...... https: //centrotecnicomurcia.com/index.php? id_product = 4687 & controller = product

Correct, the NTC was cut and the one I put at room temperature gave me 6k, so I changed the hot melt that had also melted the NTC resistor and solved
Thank you very much Lusango
