I loaded 425gr of freon ... the engine is clutch NE9213GK of 1ph 350cc

Good and I tried with the pressure gauge placed and if it pulls pressure and the only thing you notice when palpating the pipes is that it is hardly cold. Walk at least 20 minutes maximum and cut then do not start anymore. And it shows when approaching the hand to the ball that is quite hot. I would not know exactly how many grams of refrigerant you need I put 250 or so. The winding when disarmed was in perfect remission, basically as new.



If the compressor was working under those conditions of knocking, maybe the rotor lost the calibration of the separation with respect to the stator or has a lot of play and is uneven magnetizing with the stator, you should align or rather center the rotor with the stator with laina , because for me, he lost because of the knocking he was working on. I don't know how much time in those conditions.
