GE turbo no frost refrigerator does not cool down

Good day. Thanks for your time. My general electric refrigerator no frost turbo doesn't cool down. (14 ° c) but the freezer freezes a lot. The pipelines are free. Once I changed one of the two bimetals that was apparently rusty but the problem continued. (The bimetal is not of the same values since the spare part is not here but they told me that it does not affect). (I am not a technician). I'm not sure where each of the bimetals goes, the sensor (I think it's called NTC). I would like to know your locations well and how to find the fault. Thank you.

Hello, you should check the defrost sensor, the resistance, the card with an (electronic technician) and verify the bimetal (features) greetings.

Thanks Pablo for your input.
The idea is just to see if I can with tester or at home as I saw in some links, avoid calling the repairman.
What I would need is if someone has a diagram of the positions of the bimetals and the sensor in the freezer.
Thank you.

Ok, remove the cover of the bottom of the freezer, there you get the coil and they are located, the bimetal and the defrosting sensor, the sensor is a capsule that has 2 wires, in the general refrigerators they are white, the bimetal is metallic (almost always) and it has 2 wires, I hope I helped you, now a question your fridge is a door up and one down.

Thank you. I disassembled and measured the two bimetals, the resistance and the NTC sensors below (I didn't check the refrigerator one. All of that works well. Also the thermostat in the bottom cabinet. The forcer pulls (and in the right direction, towards the door). I changed the engine because the previous one was dismantled by a coil cable) I do not know if it is of the same power, I do not remember the previous one that the wind was pulling, this one pulls but I feel the refrigerator very silent now, nor the motor that starts and cuts . (It freezes well above, and you feel the smooth vibration that seems to run the engine, but now you can't hear it). Will the problem be the card? Another question: The general electric refrigerator no frost turbo plus is the same components as the Mabe? Other: How does the potentiometer regulate the temperature below? If cold air passes through the ducts (they are uncovered). Thank you very much for your help and time. Please tell me if I should qualify or something for each answer that I am not doing. Goodnight.

If it is the model that uses the card where the lamp goes, the performance is controlled by the refrigerator sensor, which is located on the card, and is the one that orders the compressor stops, when it reaches the required temperature if the mabe and general they are the same you can graduate to colder out there in the control and to qualify green manito greetings.

Okay. What does not close well Pablo is how the refrigerator separates the temperature of the freezer and the lower cabinet separately if they are connected; that is, when moving the potentiometer from the bottom, does it also raise the temperature of the refrigerator? Thank you.

These refrigerators, take into account working time, opening doors and stuff for the defrosting, the refrigerator sensor, sends the compressor to stop if you graduate to colder will work longer, and should cool more

Understood Pablo.
The only thing left to check is the electronic board then.
