Hello good day or night, my refrigerator stopped working in the lower part of it is an LG GM323 QC refrigerator, I already have about 9 years with it and only once they changed some parts of the fan because I had the same fault below does not cool and above it freezes extremely as now, they have already come to repair it and they only cleaned it defrosted and it worked again but it lasted only 3 days in good condition and then stopped cooling again accumulating a lot of ice in the freezer, disconnect it and now that it I have already stopped working completely, the fan does not work, I have checked as they say in the tutorials but apparently there is no gas leak, no damage to the terminals or cooling or heating sensors, I do not know if it is the timer and in what part I can find it to verify or replace it, I attach the photographs and I hope you can support me in advance I appreciate the information

Good night lorane, locate the timer turn it apparently this is locked and you must change it. The fault that presents your equipment is that the defrosting is not working well for this you must verify some spare parts inside the refrigerator such as the bimetallic and the defrosting resistance, but do the timer that should start. Comment your tests.!
