Can I use any pressure gauge to charge r410a refrigerant?

Regards! I am a beginner in refrigeration. I work as a seller in a store and occasionally need a refrigeration technician. Hence the idea of dedicating myself to learn everything I can. When I bought the tools I did not know how to choose the pressure gauge well. The one I have does not work for gas 410a. Do you think I can still use it with this? At what pressure does this gas work? I am repairing a window air that uses this gas.

Hi, how are you? You can use any manifold, all of them measure the pressure, the only thing you can't use is the internal temperature setting and you will need a hose set for R410, the working pressure will be between 105 and 120 psi, that pressure varies depending of the room temperature but never more of that, greetings.

Hello, you can use any PEEEEROOOO manifold if it is not specifically for R410 remember to use only the HIGH pressure clock since the R410 gas usually has more than 200Lbs of pressure and if it is hotter still. I CLARIFY the pressure inside the container or on a computer with the compressor off and while the pressure is running it would be as the colleague omits greetings

Hello! Thank you for your suggestion. I have already loaded several devices that use R410 with the low pressure gauge clock without any problem, however, I noticed that the needle of this was a bit out of adjustment. Perhaps it is due, as you say, to the high pressure of the container. From now on I will use the high clock. Thanks, again.


