I use a bone manifold are two watches to measure HIGH AND LOW pressure and each watch has a hose connection below I connect the hose with a low clock and with the low key closed, I connect hose to a compressor valve and then I open a little to purge hose low. Just there, I connected the hose of the gas cylinder to the manifold and purged that hose by opening the other high key and closing the key. Just there I have the two hoses filled with gas just there I can open the low key so that gas enters
