Hi, how about ..... the problem is precisely that ... it freezes the bottom part ... and the thermostat tested it and it works well. the issue is that by discard I think the problem is resistance ... and my big problem is that I don't know how to open it ... it has no covers ... obstacles ... nothing. How do I access it? It is apparently sealed. I don't want to harm her unnecessarily ... It is a GE rege 420 WITHOUT ELECTRONIC PLATE thank you

Yes, good, check the rubber of the door, if it is damaged, it may be getting air and makes it cool more than normal
good luck,

Hi master, the thermostat you tried it and it works then you have air inlet by broken gaskets or door that is open or you have a loose automatic bulb sensor and it does not take the cold or it can be automatic in a maximum cold position and it does not manage to make its rest stop and logically it fills you with ice. The most complicated thing is that although you see ice at the bottom and assume that it cools well, you may have a compressor wear problem or small gas leak and it does not reach the cutting temperature. Defrost it and then set automatic knob to 1 and turn on and control after you make your stops and starts. AHH doesn't wear resistance greetings
