I have this problem and I changed the capillary filter, and the return tube (brought aluminum tube with several leaks) I put copper and also added 3 meters to compensate the pipe as you indicated and also new condenser ...... ..

It is likely that there is obstruction in that area, check that copper aluminum weld well, if it only freezes there, it is a symptom of obstruction.
