Good night, check the electrical resistance, it is best to disconnect it from the equipment and test it directly, verify that it turns on and that it is hot, since many manage to turn on but have lost power and no longer heat; If the resistance is good, you should check if there is an open thermal fuse that prevents the resistance from reaching the resistance during the defrosting cycles, also check that there are no broken wires, if everything is fine, then the problem could be in the plate electronics.

To conclude, I fail to comment ... I went back to check the Refri and again measured the resistance with the multimeter and if it gave me reading, since the glass was all black, nothing could be seen, I made the test to connect it directly and it did not turn on the disassembly. the piece damaged about 2 centimeters and I joined it again to the connection, and it turned on it was ok. (Apparently the resistance that marked was by the ollin and dirt inside the glass) thank you very much for the contribution
