Check with a multimeter that one of the two coils are not on the chassis. See that the capacitor works. A superstart capacitor, when used nunk worked.

Hi Mario, when it is hot, it is mostly excess gas or dirty condenser or small condenser if it has a fan, it may be dirt or a few RPM of the fan or that it is broken or the vane is placed upside down and also when the compressor never stops. If it is covered it could be but mostly gas circulation is interrupted and it becomes cold condenser and filter.
