Refrigerators

It is not cold to the lower compartment in my PATRICK HPK 350 no frost

Good morning, I have a problem with my refrigerator and I need help trying to repair it. Since the end of April it does not work properly. It is that moment it "blocked" freezing the evaporator of the freezer and I discovered it because the fan had begun to make a loud noise. Previously noises were heard as if they were explosions. I took out the resistance and I could see that it was cut, so I replaced it with a new one. From that moment on, the evaporator did not freeze (I left it unplugged for two days after changing the resistance), but it began to frost on the freezer, something that had never happened. And along with this, the cold passage to the lower compartment was covered again. Then I changed both bimelates (I put the originals) and after a couple of weeks it stopped going cold again and produces frost again. Can you guide me on how to solve it? Could it be that the platelet is failing? From already thank you very much. Regards

It may be that if it is the electronic card, or also the temperature control sensor, check the sensor that goes below where the cold air that comes from above passes, greetings

Hi Fermin 007, thanks for replying. Is there any possible measurement for temperature control and know if it works correctly? Regards

The temperature control sensor must measure at 5kohms at 25 ° C and must increase the ohms when the sensor cools, if for some reason you see that the ohms do not increase or mark badly, because the sensor is wrong, but on the contrary , you see that it marks 5 kohms at 25 ° C and the ohms are increasing because it is good, usually it is the potentiometer that is damaged, check if the electronic card brings potentiometer, greetings
