Thank you very much for everything, I solved the problem perfectly, what I had to do was disconnect the equipment from the current, tilt it a little and put it to defrost and all the water went to the back tray, after many hours, we connected it and while the water began to evaporate from the tray. What is not so simple is to remove the freezer lid. Currently it has a screw-type button that has three steps, I guess that is for freezing, not to release the lid, if someone knows how to release the lid, thank you please, because the piece of paper that came with the equipment does not say
