Hello colleagues thank you for your attention, I am new in what is called no frost, I always dodged it since I dedicate myself to refrigeration but conventional, so this is how this problem is presented to me with a Whirpool 420 refrigerator. At the moment of opening the part of the freezer the motor of the locked forcer, after removing it and doing a maintenance of loosening and oiling it was working very well. But the surprise comes when I put it back I start 5 seconds and it didn't do it later, I mean, what will be the problem, can someone help me? Thank you

Hello Electronic, if there is no power to the fan, you should check if it stops working when you open the door of the frezzer and maybe also the one in the conservation area, because something like this would be normal, just press the switches so that it It works again, if it still does not, you should check the proper functioning of the door switches. If there are no switch problems, then you should check a possible relay or a Triac transistor that could have stopped sending the electrical signal to the fan, to check these you must disassemble them and check them out of the electronic board, taking into account their working voltages and their continuity of passage through their platinum contacts in the case of the relay or the pins in the case of the Triac. Hi Friovega63 Thank you for your time. Look, I still have to measure the tension that reaches the little motor because the amperometric clamp broke and until tomorrow, Monday, I can't replace it, with respect to the swicht of the doors I have them activated with a magnet and the lights turn on and off correctly, if I miss checking the relay or triac. Thank you very much for your input. I will continue telling you how this topic is going.

forget to tell you that the direct motor to a source works well.

If the switches are of that type, check the correct closing of doors, it may not be sticking enough or it may be somewhat hinged or pivoted.
