Hi. How are you, dear?
I have a situation with my refrigerator. Cool very well, up and down. But the issue is that the compressor never cuts and the inner wall of the lower part is filled with ice. Defrosting is done and on the 3rd day it is filled with ice again. Which may be? Thank you.

Hello, if it is an electronic card, you should start checking the sensors, mainly the ambient one that is the one that acts as a thermostat.
If it were analog it would be the thermostat.

I just found out from my wife (my father-in-law was the refrigerator) that they left her like this several years ago (the compressor never cuts). I could not explain why.
