Loss of refrigerant gas in mabe refrigerator

Good afternoon Yoreparo community. In this new post I am reviewing a 10 or 12 foot MABE refrigerator with 2 horizontal doors which lost all of the 134-A refrigerant gas, noticing that it has a service valve because it had been repaired before, pressurized with nitrogen at 150 psi and with the help of water, soap a flashlight and a mirror I began to look for the leak through all visible pipes, both next to the compressor, condenser and evaporator, after 30 minutes looking for I could not find anything, perform vacuum with 2 pump stages until it reaches -28 leave it for 30 minutes and did not run the needle, before recharging again add some red oil that is used to see future leaks or stains, refill the r134-A gas as the manufacturer's label says 136 grams, with an amperage of 1.9 as the label says, the refrigerator began to cool again. By discarding I think that it is possible that the leak is through the pipe that is embedded in the sides that is not visible I think it serves to prevent moisture, is what I have read, now well. IF THE LEAK IS THROUGH THE BUILT-IN PIPE, HOW MANY METER OF PIPE IS NECESSARY TO BE DONE BY THE OUTSIDE, WITHOUT LOSING THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS OR REGARDING THE COOLING GAS CYCLE. ? THANK YOU

Hi. When the leak is in the inner pipe, a condensing grill must be adapted, it is the equipment that brings that outer grill that you can see and then adapt a capillary, when you get it you write to help you.

I forgot to tell you that there are very effective interior sealing liquids, go to a refrigeration market and ask, you should buy it to serve the gas used by your equipment and do it according to the instructions.

Thank you for your interest, this refrigerator model has the condenser grill at the back, it also has internal pipes, when I applied the nitrogen I checked everything except the hidden pipe

Hello Admg if the pipe you say is the one that heats the door frame is approximately 5Mt what you should attach back and diameter 3/16 or failing that if you don't get that diameter use 1/4

Hi davidefrainrof. The fridge has a condenser at the back, which I would like to know if I can remove the pipe that heats the door frame without affecting performance

If you cancel it you should reduce the refrigerant gas charge but I do not recommend it since it comes from the factory to work optimally with those meters of pipe, then I recommend canceling it but adding 5Mts attached to the condenser back or where some place allows it

I think that the leak is not in the lines of the door frames, the Mabe brand lately is putting hidden aluminum tube back and almost always the leak is there, then I pass a video, to me personally I already left as 4 refrigerators of that brand with the punctured return tube, I leave this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Csre5XmLaC4 what if I do not recommend you in In case there is a leak there, it is that type of joints, they are not good, I weld them with an aluminum rod and sell them in the spare parts houses for domestic appliances, greetings
