Greetings I have a LG Model LT41BGP Refrigerator which has 3 resistors and I do not know where the R-Heater is located.
R Heater gives me = 1.381 k ohm
F DEF Heater gives me = 97.2 ohm
F DEF Plate Heater = 268.8 ohm

Hello rockrose, the R represents the part of the refrigerator or conservation and the F in the resistances would be the freezer compartment. R Heater gives me = 1.381 k ohm is in the compartment for maintenance, preservation or cooling, just as you prefer to call it. F DEF Heater gives me = 97.2 ohm, it is inside the freezer cabinet placed in the evaporator coil itself and F DEF Plate Heater = 268.8 ohm, it is the same inside the freezer, below the evaporator in the channel that collects the water drip of the freezer evaporator itself, so that the drain water flows well and the drain does not freeze. That reading in ohm, may be a little high, but that depends on the scale you used to make your measurements with the multimeter, I hope you have done in the smallest scale of ohm example the 200 ohm, or the scale of diodes or beeps. The important thing is that the resistance R with this value can at least tell you that it is not open, let alone devalued, because it would not have so many ohms. And without doubt you do not have to go out and find a new one to replace, because it is not really open or damaged.
