I notice something, that the phenomenon is more, but not EXCLUSIVELY, when the freezer is fuller.

Hi how are you, the problem can be in the damper that is locked or open and does not work, you should disarm the conduit that is in the bottom of the refrigerator remove the damper and place the bulb on ice and check if it closes when receiving cold, when you disarm the damper marks the position of the plastic gear to put it back in the same way, regards.
