Mabe refrigerator does not cool down, just freezes in the p

My mabe refrigerator, one year old, no longer cools down, but the freezer works fine. What could I have? And if I can repair it or do I have to take it to technical service? Thank you very much in advance for your answers.

Probable causes are: damaged bimetallic, damaged resistance, clock or direct timer (does not cycle), damaged thermostat. check each one that mentions you there you have the fault. I opened the lid of the freezer and I saw that the fan does work, what looks weird is that the inlet and the hose of the drain pipe is frozen, I am defrosting it and starting to see the drain inlet. And water starts coming out of the hose below the refrigerator.


