Hi. How many legs or connectors is the device card? If it is three or with ground, start by checking between the center pin or the ground with some metal part of the dispenser. It must give you continuity. Verified this, on the same card and using the ground as common, check continuity with the other two legs or phase and neutral where there should be no continuity. Do you feel small discharges when you use the device? Is it grounded? Regards
