Hi, I have a Samsung split model air. I made the interconnection between the units and the exterior does not turn on. And then I tried it separately and the two walk perfectly. What can be?

Hi . Check if voltage reaches the compressor. If it does not arrive it could be a problem with the card, false contact, etc.

It does not arrive. Another doubt connect everything but not the gas pipes. Could it be that this did not start the outdoor unit or would it have to start the same? Xq the outdoor unit sending 220v direct starts the best
