Hello colleagues, install a 3000fg equipment a week ago. The client calls me telling me that it marks e7 on the display and cannot turn it off. Turn it off by cutting the thermomagnetic. Turn it on and after 10 minutes error e7 again, cool well, but You can't turn it off. Does anyone know? It's a conventional device, not inverter. Thank you!

Good Mr. Adrian, you must see the air condition and see if turning it on and already running in Cold mode, see if you can change the speed of the evaporator motor from High to Medium and Low Speed.
You must also disconnect the power and reset it using the Reset button on the card.
The strange thing is that it does not respond to the remote control, so you must reset it.
Check the Temperature Sensor and you may have 2 failures in common, one from the remote control and the other from the Temperature Sensor.
