Air conditioner

My split type air conditioner stops cooling within 5 minutes

Hi, I have a serious problem since yesterday. I have a new split installed barely 6 months ago. I really have it working for almost 24 hours ... although the room where it is located is very well sealed and the outdoor unit stops frequently. It turns out Resulayer noticed that I was not cooling almost anything ... and that the outdoor unit made a strange sound like "up and down", "beat" ... I don't know how to explain it in words ... the unit works but like the sound It is not uniform but they feel like "thrusts" ... When that sound appears, the indoor unit stops cooling well ... it goes from cold to just being cool ... When the air is off and I turn it on it starts to cool well and you feel the gas passing through the indoor unit ... but in less than 5 minutes that "beating" sound begins in the outdoor unit and stops cooling well. ... Can you give me your opinion ??? I can't believe that such a new air already has difficulties ...

Is it an inverter air?

I have additional information:
Maintenance was done today, it was VERY dirty. It was like new but the problem persists:
Only the technicians came and the specialist did not ... come tomorrow. But when installing the split after cleaning, the pipes were emptied at the time of co-connection and once installed the pressures were measured:
It is a 12000 BTU non-inverting air. When starting it starts to work perfectly ... it cools very well and the pressure is 90 .... after 10 minutes running the pressure rises to 200 and stops cooling although the compressor is still running

Well it really wasn't a compressor problem. The problem was in the mesh that is at the entrance of the liquid receiving tank that is at the entrance of the compressor. Being working for a few minutes that tank was freezing and for that reason it stopped pumping the compressor. The steps of this site were followed and it is perfectly ending https://www.aires-acondiccionado.info/obstruccion-en-el-sistema-de-aire/

So I put it in 24 degrees that brings the room temperature to that level in just 4 minutes ... That's how I have it working and it works perfectly ... the issue is when I spend 10 minutes working. Any ideas? Is the compressor or will the cause be different? I don't get a technician here who inspires me confidence and I think they just want to take him to the workshop to charge me for a new compressor directly. Hi. If the pressure goes to 200psi with the compressor running, the pressures are equalizing because it stops pumping If it were tupition in the system the pressure would go contrary, that is to say in a vacuum therefore I discard that possibility When it goes to 200psi, turn off the equipment and observe the pressure if it stays in that approximate range I confirm the above: stop pumping Another test would be to feel the temperature in the high pipe that is the finest at the outlet of the compressor before reaching the capillary must be very hot. If it is not the same the diagnosis would be that it is not pumping, of course I am affirming this if the compressor is working. If it were cold heat I would look for the cause in the 4-way valve

The compressor is working. After about 10 minutes of work the pressure in the cold pipe which is where the pressure gauge can be connected, the pressure goes from 95 psi to 200 psi and the compressor continues to work but stops cooling. When the pressure is switched off, the pressure remains at 200 psi ... the equipment is allowed to rest for a couple of minutes and when it is turned on, it works again in the same way for about 5 or 10 minutes ... pressure at 95 psi and then rises to 200 psi and stop cooling while the compressor is still running.

Ahhh it's a Cold Only unit ... it's not cold / hot.

Then without a doubt that compressor stops pumping
