I have additional information:
Maintenance was done today, it was VERY dirty. It was like new but the problem persists:
Only the technicians came and the specialist did not ... come tomorrow. But when installing the split after cleaning, the pipes were emptied at the time of co-connection and once installed the pressures were measured:
It is a 12000 BTU non-inverting air. When starting it starts to work perfectly ... it cools very well and the pressure is 90 .... after 10 minutes running the pressure rises to 200 and stops cooling although the compressor is still running
Well it really wasn't a compressor problem. The problem was in the mesh that is at the entrance of the liquid receiving tank that is at the entrance of the compressor. Being working for a few minutes that tank was freezing and for that reason it stopped pumping the compressor. The steps of this site were followed and it is perfectly ending https://www.aires-acondiccionado.info/obstruccion-en-el-sistema-de-aire/
The compressor is working. After about 10 minutes of work the pressure in the cold pipe which is where the pressure gauge can be connected, the pressure goes from 95 psi to 200 psi and the compressor continues to work but stops cooling. When the pressure is switched off, the pressure remains at 200 psi ... the equipment is allowed to rest for a couple of minutes and when it is turned on, it works again in the same way for about 5 or 10 minutes ... pressure at 95 psi and then rises to 200 psi and stop cooling while the compressor is still running.
