Hello, the equipment was installed and it works perfectly, what happened to me is that to pressurize I put a valve because the hose I had was of another measure and what happened to me is that the service valve was locked and after unlocking the hose change removing the aforementioned valve, I empty normally and after starting the equipment and leaving it 30 "in operation, I turn off the equipment to remove the pressure gauge and it starts to lose refrigerant until I put the plug of the service valve, of course I lost pressure no How much. To measure again, would you have to start and store the refrigerant as is done in conventional equipment and change the valve to be able to measure pressure and recharge? Thank you.

Hello rulo, let's see if I understood correctly. You pressurized the equipment to look for losses, then you emptied, you opened the keys or robleros and once you were walking you wanted to take out the hose and I was losing the service valve until you put the plug, OK? If you want to get out of doubt, you can turn off the valve adapter again and place the pressure gauge with the equipment off. Purge the hose by letting out a gas stream and turn on the equipment. Check pressure should be after a few minutes walking about 120 psi for gas ((R410)) and you should let go for a while and see if both pipes are cold and perspiring or condensing then it would be fine there. If you had to repair the service valve then there, if I would tell you, pack the gas. And before taking out a hose and valve, make a little trickle of gas to compensate for any leakage like the one that happened to you. Since the r410 has a lot of pressure with the equipment off, I recommend taking out the hose with the equipment on. The service valves where you connect the hose have inside a glued valve that sometimes loses because it is loose and you can tighten it without packing the gas with the cover of the valves that are for welding

Hi David, thank you for your collaboration, I am going to try with the equipment in progress to loosen the valve plug because what could happen to me is that this valve loose because it had locked me before, and if I have this loss I will have to pack, get me a doubt, in order to recharge R410 to a team, should I do it on the go? thanks greetings.

Usually it is done with the equipment in progress but you are adding it little by little ((from squirting)) since you are loading by low pipe and it is the one that sucks and goes directly to the compressor in case of opening the valve of the container and blow gas can suck in liquid form. This r410 gas is loaded with an inverted container (legs up) as it is a mixture of 2 components. It is called charging gas in liquid phase. With equipment running you have better control of the load and looking at the pressure you do not go over refrigerant

Thanks David for your help and getting my doubts out. Being mixed in case of leakage if the loss is less than a percentage for example less than 60% can I recharge without emptying the equipment?

Yes, the R410 allows recharging without having to take out the gas that is inside the equipment
