Hello, greetings to all, I will tell you my problem to see if you can guide me, thank you very much. It is an air conditioner that carries r417a, hyundai brand. Once installed, I realize I had no refrigerant. I made the purchase of a bottle, Before adding refrigerant to the system, I emptied the circuit, including the compressor, for 45 min. The next thing was to prove that there is no leakage, so I checked a time that no pressure go up (did not move from -30). Once this was done, I broke the vacuum with a small refrigerant charge. And the next thing was to turn on the air in cold mode. the room temp was 26 ° c and from the control I went down to 16 ° c. The (question is that the compressor started, the forcer did not. In addition the team tells me that in low work it works at 1.2Mpa (174 psi approx) .. and when I do the reading I notice that when the equipment, being off it marks me 100 psi , as soon as I turn it on and the compressor starts the pressure goes up to 120 psi ..... This shouldn't be like that, right? ... .... I decided to want to form the gas to uninstall the equipment and see it quiet in my house and when I do the formwork process ... (equipment running, I close the valve high and I hope the pressure reaches zero to complete the formwork) ... it turns out that it does not lower me more than 100 psi ... and it does not empty ... therefore I uninstalled it but I lost all the gas that I had loaded .... what can you tell me about this? I'm between lost and frustrated ha ... thank you very much

For what you say, the most feasible is what omorma mentions. I reversed the fan and reversing valve terminals, they are not necessarily 3 and 4 although it is mostly.
Then comment results

Hello in this brand of equipment, some have brought inverter cables and inverter valve inverted in the plate.
Maybe your case is this.
Inverted wires 3 and 4.

As colleagues comment. Check the tension in the terminal block. Look at which of the terminals comes phase.

Hello how are you, you really checked that the equipment was in cold mode, that the terminal connection was correct, I think you have a wrong cable so it does not start the forcer and the compressor starts but heat mode check the terminal block inverted on 3 and 4 regards.

Hi thanks. Tomorrow I check the terminal board again ... although I'm sure everything is fine. but I will check again. and then I comment ... From now very grateful for his time.

I checked the platelet and indeed you were right, the strainer wires and the reversing valve were reversed. So I put them accordingly and the forcer started. The next thing I did was test if the forger retained ... and good, it doesn't retain even 100 psi. but that is another topic ... thank you very much!

Hi Claudio: First, DO NOT despair or get frustrated, everyone has not had any confusing situation. I ask you some questions. Did you charge the refrigerant in liquid phase and with balance? Is the equipment cold / hot? Did you check the capacitor of the forcer and that the gear signal arrives (if it is cold / hot)? That the low spout is hot can be for several things but one that you mention is that the condenser forger does not work, another is if you connected the wires in the terminal block is opening the 4-way valve instead of activating the Forcer As for the pressure you mention 1.2Mpa, that does NOT mean that it works at that pressure, that is a test pressure. Luck, comment your results.

Hello, I loaded in liquid phase, without balance. The terminal block is well connected, ... capacitor I have not checked yet. Between today and tomorrow I review it and I inform. Thank you in advance for your guidance. regards
