Hello, I'm new at this. The maximum I came to see were airs of 5500 refrigerators. I have a problem with an LG Air 15000 floor ceiling. They installed it 4 years ago but they never gave it the three-phase power supply (all this time the air was stopped without working), when giving the tension respecting RST and N as the terminals mark, an alarm in the platelet jumps. And still not starting the outdoor unit. The indoor units turn on and go normal. can you help me. Thank you

Hi. You should check all the electrical connection, (the one that links UI to UE) maybe it is not well connected! It may be that the outdoor unit forcer is connected to the reverse so it does not start and that alarm sounds. Look, I leave you an image of one that I connected a while ago. You have to have a total of 2 cables; 1st 4x4mm TPR that goes only to the EU carrying the current from the board (If the phase is inverted and the neutral in the outdoor unit you will have to reverse them from the electric board). And the second TPR cable of 7x2.5 (or one of 5x2.5 and another of 2x2.5 as I did) that connects the UE with the UI. All depending on having this type of terminals. Luck.
