Good morning. I am new to this and I have a 15000 f three-phase surrey that when I turn it on the compressor makes a loud noise for 30 seconds but does not start. The rest of the equipment turns on everything. If I leave it on repeat the same thing every 3 minutes. Or if I wanted to start and jump internal thermal. Someone to guide me please

Hi If I reach that level, the compressor is probably broken the possibilities are several 1) reverse rotation (only if the compressor is scroll type), reverse two phases to see what happens 2) lack of phase. Check line and contactor 3) internal mechanical damage, has no solution ... possibly caused by point 1 4) reheated coils ... measure comment later
