Split cuts compressor and R22 pressure is triggered

The motor compressor of a condensing unit of 3018 fridges (cold only), does not work properly. The equipment was reinstated, that is, the clients took it out of an office and took it to their home. I continued to leak with Nitrogen and made a vacuum, but during freight R22, when it reached 60psi, after operating for about 15 minutes, the compressor sound suddenly changed, the pressure rises and the compressor stopped ... ! The installation is new, pipes (12mts), nuts, and wiring. As this is really the first time this happens to me with a device, I released all the gas, made a vacuum and a gas load again, but the problem persists and therefore does not cool. MORE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE FAILURE: after vacuuming, during freight R22, with the motor compressor on, it normally operates at a low pressure of 45psi, continuous gas entering and arriving at 60psi, after operating around 15 minutes suddenly the sound of the compressor changes, it stops and the gas pressure with the engine stopped rises to 220psi which is much higher than the gas pressure at rest the ambient temperature of the day you installed was 33 or 34 degrees Celcius ..! Would any colleague be so kind as to help me with this matter? Thank you in advance.

Check compressor amperage. Possibly this is past coolant.

Hello some points to control.
Tension, condenser cleaning, compressor capacitors and external forcing.

Did you verify that the keys are open? see if the discharge pipe is freezing when you start it

Hi Dr. Electron, there is no pipe freezing ...
I have thought that a pipe could be strangled, but I have taken special care when laying it. The pipe has a total length of almost 12 meters, the evaporator unit is practically the same as the evaporator unit.
Thank you!

From what you say the circuit of pipes is fine. It only remains to test by disconnecting the temperature sensor and also verify that it is not in direct contact with the evaporator.
The other would be that the compressor is damaged. And it makes me have wear on the engine's internal bushings which may explain the sudden stop when it reaches 60 psi. Many cases have come out like this and I confirm it because then I do the autopsy on the motorcycle compressors.
It may also be due to lack of oil if the gas was allowed to escape at the time of uninstallation.

Have a compression and consumption test.

Hello how are you doing? you should check the consumption in amperes of the compressor if what happens on the platelet the compressor is damaged greetings

Finally I think I know the reason for the FAILURE ... On the day of the installation, the temperature was high and the gas load was carried out in a hurried way. The pipes, the equipment, the environment and even the freon gorge were customers, so I estimate that all this altered the pressure of the gas and causing the consumption to rise and act the protective end. I have reached this concubinage giving that after two days and having lowered the ambient temperature, I finally started the equipment and it worked wonders. Thank you in advance for your kind attention and collaboration! Atte. Nicholas
