I have a centralized aacc in my mitsubishi DAIYA brand home, the point is that when summer comes it cools (although not excessively), but when winter comes it does not heat anything at all. A technician came and only observed that the problem should be due to the fact that the fan that is installed on the roofs was semi-overturned as a result of a poor attempt the day it was set, apparently because the technician who took care of it placed the fan on a wooden mini pallet, which over time and the weather (rain, etc) ended up breaking the semi-overturned device. As this technician told me that he would charge me for the 350 euros I told him not to fix it since he would try to solve it with the store that installed it, who has finished washing his hands for having already spent 16 years. Well, my question is that if I could put it straight by removing the pallet and leaving it like the rest of the devices found there, if I had to touch any other conduit, if there could be a leak with the data that I have provided the cold works but not the heat, or is it something punctual where I should look? I know that it is very difficult to give help without making the device visible, but given the economy I have to try myself if its repair is easy and possible. I would appreciate any comments on whether I have to look at a particular conduit or observation to take into account in this regard, attached a photo that I could take, thank you very much in advance
