hello jonito, on the remote control you may have a button that says BLOW if you appear on the display of your control you will realize xq appears as a 4-blade venti. This function does what you mention, the forcer is blowing for a while, I am not sure if 10 min but it is blowing for a while ... and lately the teams come with this way of working (in my opinion or my logic maybe I am wrong in why) to take the last breath of cold or heat to the equipment until it is set at room temperature, in heat it is for protection. so that nothing hot remains without cooling on the interior console. in cold it must be to take advantage of the last whisper of fresh. ahaha ... for me it is not to call a technician unless you want to, if so, take out the doubt.
