Good day. I have this problem I was throwing water through the housing, the tray was cleaned it was a bit dirty, the drain was also uncovered, and it seemed to have been solved but the next day I started to throw water again but now it is only a drop but if it is constant They could help that more can be done or checked to reach the final solution. Thank you.

Hi Conrado, review two small details that can be the key to success. One is that the drain hose, always go slightly in fall or slope, from its beginning, through the rear outlet of the indoor unit, to the tip of its end end from the outside, the detail is that the hose, not It is forming waves or siphon, which can retain air with the water cap and not allow the free circulation of water through the drain hose itself. The second thing to keep in mind and rarely taken into account, is the detail that the grounding wires, which are made by the evaporator front of the indoor unit, as well as the sensor wires of temperature, these cables and sensors, must be placed making a kind of parabolas, obviously with the wave up, to avoid that through these cables, the water can slide, which distilled the evaporator and give rise to the constant drip that now has that equipment inside, the front cables and the sensors should not be left, touching the protective plastic housing, so that it also does not allow water to slide through them and transmit liquid through the protective housing. Take these details into account, and comment please. Luck. S @ lu2 friovega63.

Hi. If everything is clean and the evaporator has not been tilted forward or to the opposite side of the drain, it may have a break in the tray, or the hose may not be well inserted into the tray. It should always be installed with a few degrees of inclination towards the side of the drain.

Hi . I'm sorry to say that but if you have little fall to the side of the drain I check it with level, the tray does not check the truth, today I check it.
Thanks, I'll check it out.

Between the tray and the serpentine is a rubber that prevents condensation from falling on the turbine, you should check it. regards

hello friend .. ask why part of the housing comes out of the water? as I understand the installation of the unit must be done at level, since the tray has the corresponding drop .. check with the equipment on if the tray is filled with water? it is very rare for the tray to crack if it has not had any strong blow. Greetings, many times when dripping can be for the following. When the evaporator is cleaned, they only clean the front part but there is a part that is part of it and is left behind, if it is not cleaned it presents that problem and what I recommend is, first disassemble the turbine and with compressed air compressor and gun cleaning wash in the opposite direction to clean it well, in addition to this he has two internal drains (one at each end) that are not visible and communicate from the front with the output tray. They have to remove all the dirt that is housed in that area of the evaporator that is left in the back.
