Hi Gaston, in my opinion, the relay of the reversing valve may have been stuck ... which is located on the plate inside the indoor unit. Since the inverting valve at rest, that is, without energizing its coil, it would be in cold mode ... and you say that it is in heat mode and in cold mode it only ventilates ... Try the following: go to the outdoor unit and disconnect the coil from the reversing valve from the terminal block ... then go to the indoor unit and hit it in cold mode ... for now, you would rule out if there is the problem in the plate relay ... luck and comment. ..regards
