Good morning. I urgently need the electrical diagram of the general air conditioning plus 32000 btu model GP-S322C. Since you install it and the outdoor unit does not start. Only the indoor unit works. I want the digrama to verify if there is an inverted cable or to see what I did wrong. the indoor unit starts the exterior well does nothing. But it has voltage. and it doesn't throw me any mistakes. please help

The electrical scheme is usually printed inside the equipment. In any case, if it is a conventional device, the connection is quite simple and with a visual inspection someone with basic knowledge can solve it.
If you do not turn on anything, there may be one or several crossover cables but surely the common one possibly inverted with earth is related. (It can also be cut or disconnected at some point). Check that out ...

The scheme does not have it anywhere. I already inverted the cables and in doing so gave me E7 and replaced them as they were. and the external unit still does nothing. I measured the voltage at the terminal board where the console cables arrive and there is voltage. Note that when the air is switched on the contactor coil does not energize. But the probe and it's good. I do not know what else to do
