Amp consumption in 6400w heat mode

Good people, I have an Audinac 6400W R410 air conditioner, it was installed about 3 and a half months ago, and I used it all summer without dramas, there has been some very small lost in a large nut and recently after a while without use, I notice that the finest pipe was frozen, I call the technician, I actually had 170 PSI at rest, correct the loss (which only became evident in heat mode), leave it at 240 psi and as mine is more electricity I am given to measure the consumption with the True RMS clamp, the air plate says that it consumes 8.2 AMP in cold and 8.0 AMP in heat, in addition to pressure it says nothing but if it says that it carries 1,740 KG. of gas, there I distrusted him because I should spend more on heat through the valve and so on, the measurement he gives me: COLD: 7.3 AMP average, and the thermal jump 19 degrees (27º above where it absorbs ambient air and leaves at 7.9º) HEAT: 13 AMP average, the thermal jump did not measure it because I was uncomfortable with the heat that was long, added to that already about 27º inside the house, so it worked about 10 min. more or less and I arrive at 30º that I had set As I reported the day I did these tests about 26 degrees outside, I clarify that I am not an AC technician. , but I am afraid of the heat consumption that is almost double what the plate expresses, so all the air works 10, and does not cut the compressor thermally, my doubt is this ok? or it's just that I tried it on heat when it's hot, I guess it's not designed to be hot on a day that is 26º I await your comments Thanks!

Hi MasterRace, how's it going ... that air is 5500 fridges, and its consumption is around 11/13 amperes. The heating consumption is fine ... It catches my attention that it consumes 7.3 amps in cold mode as you say, what working pressure was it? at that time ... I don't want to make sure that the air tag data is wrong, but it doesn't close me ... Check and comment on what happens

Hi SplitBoy, the moment I charge gas, the gauge needle reached 118 masses, a little before 120 psi

Okay then, there may be a technical error on the label ... it is very low 8 amps of consumption for an air of 5500 refrigerators ... but if you say that ... "the gauge needle reached 118 masses, a a little before 120 psi "... that pressure at 27 ° that towards the day that the technician charged it is normal ... also it would be necessary to measure pressure and consumption a day of higher temperature, to verify with exactitude its operation. I hope I helped you, regards

Yes, now that I see it says on the energy label Class "A" in cooling mode and small down Class "C" in heating mode, I think there is the truth haha, Thanks!
