Hi ariel, you have to check that the turbine bearings are not slowed down and the dirty turbine check capacitor should be 1.5Mf and you should check that plate was put since if it is original it would work well as it was working but if it is universal plate there are models that depend where and how you connect the turbine cable you have a fast or three speeds if so you should try the turbine is at maximum.

If it seemed to me there is a generic model that you connect and there is only one speed left then you must test if it has 3 outputs with a relay each which is the fastest one and you connect turbine cable in that relay
