Ok, with the photo it is easier, from what I see that forcer is 2 speeds, the black and white cables are 2 speeds, the forcer must have a diagram in which it is specified which is high (H) and low (L), take either one of them or join them and feed it with one of the two phases, the other phase you connect it to the red cable of the forcer, from that same phase you take out a cable that feeds at one end to the capacitor, and in at the other end of the capacitor you place the blue wire, which is the starter cable of the forcer, try to see and comment.
