Flare nut flare due to thread problem of the suction part.

Hello :: I have a Philco brand air conditioner with 410 A refrigerant, it is a hot / cold model of 2850 watts, which I was doing well in heat after a few months of not using it I put it in cold and I realize that it does not cool and the cause is which lost the whole load because the 3/8 nut of the outdoor unit is completely loose because the nut has completely dipped, then I proceed to buy some 3/8 new flare nuts, I try it by hand-tightening and walking, Then I proceed to make the tab and everything ok until I start adjusting, since it releases and loosen again, this I repeated four times with four different new nuts and in all the same thing happens it adjusts by hand but when I start to want to tighten I completely do what I can apparently do the thread of the three-way valve is falsified, what solution do you give me since I do not have a welder to change said service valve, so I turn to you to give me a possible solution in all or else there is no problem, I know that it is a problem that is why I turn to someone who tells me how to proceed and if there is any thread in the market that I can use and that serves to rectify the thread so I solve this big problem or in what way I proceed Waiting for a response soon I say goodbye to you very atte. There are nuts that are shorter, see if you can get it and try it, otherwise you will have to change the bearing. regards

Hello, if the thread is in bad condition, you must change the bearing. It occurs to me to be able to make a new thread with a tap and change the nut, I did not do it what I am thinking now.

I do not see another solution to your problem than changing the valve if you do some other work undoubtedly for sure you will have more problems you can buy a butane straw and the welding gun are not expensive and that serves you for more jobs in the future.

Thanks to everyone, I tried the above but the best solution was to buy a valve and borrow a soldering iron; So I made the change and after doing all the steps it was the solution xq two days ago that I did it with the help of another colleague that was the one I took it out and the only problem to change it was that we had to resort to a connector curve so that the valve will not be inverted we verify that there are no leaks with nitrogen; we arm; we connect; nitrogen test of the circuit; vacuum and pump check; We loaded and ready is going very well so far; it was the solution
