Consultation on car air pressures.

Hello good afternoon, I have a Mercedes Sprinter truck that did not bring original air, one was adapted because it is passenger, and it has on the last seats the evaporator with turbine, everything runs but it makes too much water inside and the drain does not give to take it out, so at times in braking and those maneuvers pulls in, thinking that it could be blocked check the drain take out pipes and is all uncovered, thinking that it could be that it made too much frost and that generates more water, connect the gauges to see the pressures and it turns me off, at low 55 psi and at high 110 psi, and on low at 25 psi and at high 200 psi, which think it lacks a bit of refrigerant, the pressures for me are at a minimum or not. Thank you.

First, the Mercedes Sprinter that comes for passengers brings an air conditioning system, Second ... it widens the drain or tilts the console to the side of the drain.

Hi Alaen, this is a 2006 model and here in Uruguay they entered without air, the newer ones if they bring it, ok if I think about retouching the drain a bit, but I would like to know if the pressures are good.

3.96 pounds, that is 1796 grams of R134a, but there are several ways to gas and make it look good ...

Start up, gas at 30psi with the car on at 2 rpm in the tachometer. Expand the drain and go.

Hi Electrototal, the pressures are fine depending on the revolutions, at which you made the measurement. You should keep in mind that although the drain is not blocked, if the hose has, twists or unevenness to the same outlet or forms a siphon in its path, even at the end or at its drain tip, this can create air inside of the drain pipe and cause the fault that now has its console. Check it please. Luck. S @ lu2 friovega63.
