Hello Angel, the fact that you work, unless the turbine fan motor revolutions, can only be due to the fact that either the fan motor has bearing problems, or its capacitor is the one that is damaged, or it was badly connected, with the cables of the motor itself. I don't see another possible cause, unless the card has a PG point, to control the fan speeds and you have not selected the correct motor cable for the speeds at that point, or you have failed to connect the plug of the harness, with the wires coming from the Hall effect sensor. If the card regulates or changes the speeds by relay, you just have to take care that there is a bridge between them between the three relays, so that they will not cause failures when changing the speeds with the remote control. Obviously, the inconvenience would be to have to use only one, and only one speed for the three relays, but it must be well known to choose the correct motor cable from the fan itself, guided by the old electronic card, to know, cultural cables, they would be connected to the capacitor and which one would work as speed. In the latter case, the Hall effect sensor cables are not connected anywhere. Luck.
