Split does not work in heat mode

Hello colleagues. I have a hot / cold split that does not turn on the compressor in heat mode. In the terminal I have 4 cables. 1 neutral 2 compressor line 3 external forcer line 4 reversing valve. In cold mode it energizes 2 and 3, which would be fine. But in heat mode only the 4 is energized, and for more than a long time the compressor does not turn on so it does not generate heat. will it be plaque problem? Is there a spout temperature sensor in the outdoor unit, what function does it fulfill? Could that be the problem?

Hello, what you are saying is correct, after the signal arrives at terminal 4, the signal must arrive at 2 and 3 if it does not happen, check sensors mainly on the spout in the u. interior and that of the exterior
What brand is the team?

It is Hyundai brand. The sensors give me a resistance measurement of 5k

The 5k environment. The spout of the outdoor unit 5.4k. The indoor unit spout 320 ohms .. all measured at room temperature of 26 degrees

That is what gives me the measurement. I measured another of the same type that I took from an old platelet and it gave me 400 Ohms

Change the spout of the interior u try one of 5 k in both modes that cut and start at the set temperature, but then with the 10 k.

Change for a 10k and it works. I mean, it already sends the signal to turn on the outdoor unit, but I don't know if it will work well because the original sensor is not 5 or 10k. I will perform that test when I install it since I now have it in the workshop.
Thanks for the help!!

Yes, it can be a sensor, check it

I imagine you measured it at 25 degrees, put it in cold water or rub it with your fingers and the resistance should vary.

Hi. I just measured them at room temperature of 26 degrees .. the room temperature gives me 5k, the outdoor pipe 5.4k. And the one with an inner spout 320 Ohms
