Hello BHOTIAS, it would damage the compressor and even the capacitor itself, because it would lack starting power and lag in the consumption of working amperage of the compressor, reaching to force said work coils to the point, that in the short they would explode due to overheating and obvious high consumption. Capacitors should always be used according to the technical specifications, recommended by the manufacturer for each compressor and in this case the difference is huge between both capacitors. Perhaps with a minimum variation of between 3 and 5 microfarads between one capacitor and the other, things would not be so critical, but to this extreme it would be regrettable. Luck.
