Starting an equipment with the vacuum pipe without refrigerant does not make any sense because it does not have refrigerant to suck, it modifies your procedure.



Always, but always when you finish installing a split and after doing the vacuum you must open the robinetes, first the discharge (thinner pipe) and then the suction (thicker pipe), leave a few minutes for the pressure to stabilize and just put it into operation.
