I have a novelty with a split equipment which when turning off the console is energized the evaporator blower (console) and generating a buzzing because it rotates very slowly. I check that the power supply of the blower motor meets both phases. My question is: Does the MOC3021 OPTOCOUPLER, which is in the circuit of one of the phases, control the starting and stopping of the evaporator blower motor (console) or the BT131 800 microcontroller? Since I have test equipment I really need to know which of them controls the power supply.

Greetings to everyone in the forum. Juan Carlos both the MOC3021 and BT131 800 are part of a circuit called SSR (Solid State Relay) and who actually governs the speed of the blower motor is the microcontroller, it sends PWM pulses through the MOC optocoupler. What you call Phase1 and Phase2 are the work coil, start coil and the end of both is the common, said common is connected to the MT2 of the triac. You do not mention brand or model, but I have worked on that fault when the start capacitor is damaged, when the electrolytic capacitor of the gate polarizing source of the Triac is faulty and when the internal card of the PG pulse generator has problems or loose the ring magnet. Finally, although the micro controller does not usually occur so frequently, it sends defective pulses, in some marks it is corrected by reprogramming the eeprom (if used) in others repairing the detector circuit by crossing the zero (its failure causes the motor to tremble) and in others by changing the microcontroller (if it can be achieved). The blower works correctly when I turn on the equipment, however when I decide to turn it off, the blower is energized at low speed with a buzzing sound, which should not be the reason why I turn off the equipment.
