Good afternoon group. My query is because I have a linear ammunition fm which uses this transitor RD70. I can not make me more than 40 watts when they say that it gives about 70 watts, replace the mimso for the doubts that was failed but still the same, I have reviewed voltages etc and everything is fine. I have it powered by 13.8 volts If someone can help me I appreciate it because I do not have any scheme or anything to be able to see what happens, this lineal was sold to me again and always in a very low yield. Thank you very much

Greetings Jorge, I think I sent a suggestion about your case but I do not know what happened that did not come out. I wrote you all radio system and for what you comment, you must check the antenna system that has the stationary level low, if the low power is not coupled. The other point is to verify that the power supply works with the adequate power so that the amplifier can work the 70w. The source should give at least 25amp but I recommend a 30w. I leave this link on the subject in case you do not handle it and guide you or any other user who has the doubt that source use to work your radio. http://www.revistaqso.com/fuente1.htm I say goodbye to your comments

Thank you very much for answering my question, attach an image so you can see how the roe is and the maximum power I can get is the one that marks the instrument about 40 watts no more

Well there I see that they are a little high still, this is almost 2 stationary. Check what I told you about the source and verify how the amplifier works. I explain I have one that is activated according to the power of the radius, ie to get 100w output, I must place in the equipment at least 20w.

Well well but this being Mosfet with between 3 to 4 watts I suppose I should give at least 60 watts since I have been told that this transistor gives them 70 watts, I will see source to see that such

For better measurement and be sure that you are not protecting by roe you must use a dummy load. Greetings.

Thanks, and you do not have a Circuit that you can share with me with that transistor? because since I bought the linear never gave me more than 35- 40 watts maximum
