Hi Ergoflo. From what I see is a 27 Mhz transeiver. The antenna that you can build, fast and economical, is 1/4 wave. At the reception, you must have a frequency generator with variable gain and connect it to the antenna of the equipment to verify its sensitivity. This, as indicated by the manufacturer. From what I could find on the web, this particular equipment transmits in 26/27 Mhz (11 meter band or citizen bank), with a maximum power of 5 watts and in AM mode only.
It is a mobile team of Civil / Citizen Band.
